Our Story
Cleveland Custom Trucks was founded by owner and operator Gary Mazurowski. Gary started his career as a metal fabricator, working in various areas of construction, including concrete work. It was during that time that he started taking culinary classes and built his own food smoker. He then decided to build his own food truck and realized shortly thereafter that he was a better fabricator than a cook, but he still understood the challenges that many restaurants and kitchens face when operating within the confined space of a food truck.

Seeing the need in the marketplace for a company that could fabricate custom food trucks in addition to providing quality metal fabrication and welding, Gary went into business for himself and opened Cleveland Custom Trucks. Since its foundation,
Cleveland Custom Trucks has become a name that is synonymous with quality. Our trucks are durable, dependable and built to last. Additionally, we provide quick turnaround times of 6-8 weeks to build custom trucks that include everything from stoves to refrigeration and more. Whatever you want, we’ll build it.
